Patricia Lattig and Daniel Matin are describing two new species of Haplosyllis, H. eldagainoae sp. nov. and H. giuseppemagninoi sp. nov. associated to the sponges Theonella swinhoei Gray, 1868 and Liosina paradoxa Thielle, 1899, from the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean. Also, they are complementing the description of H. djiboutiensis with new data on its intra-specific chaetal variability, reproduction and ecology.
