On January 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the annual Prismàtic conference (the Knowledge Platform for the Management of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity) will be held. This year it focuses on invasive species, including prevention, management and scientific research on this topic for more effective action. Once again, the event will feature researchers from CEAB.
María García, researcher at CEAB-CSIC and Observadores del Mar, will give the talk “When data guides action: monitoring and management of invasive macroalgae on the Catalan coast.”
The event will be held in person at the Administrative District of the Government of Catalonia (Carrer del Foc, 57, 08038 Barcelona).
