I have a degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona, and a master’s degree in Terrestrial Ecology and Biodiversity Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Throughout my academic career I have participated in research projects on evolutionary ecology and conservation, especially in the field of plant-pollinator interactions, but I have also focused my efforts on the potential impacts of invasive alien species on terrestrial ecosystems. My role at CEAB is to develop technical bases for the improvement program of Natura 2000 network in Spain, with the aim of establishing quantitative limits for the consideration of significant populations of different species.
