The main task of the management of a CSIC scientific research institute is the management and coordination of the administrative, financial, and general services areas of the Center.

Among its responsibilities are the preparation and monitoring of budgets, the optimization of resources, and the supervision of accounting and contracting processes. It is also responsible for ensuring compliance with current administrative and labor regulations.

The manager acts as a link between the CSIC central administration and the institute, providing support for the implementation of institutional policies and facilitating collaboration with other entities and research centers. Additionally, the manager works closely with the Center’s management team.
