The course, organized by CEAB-CSIC, offers a comprehensive and practical introduction to the bioinformatics analysis of environmental DNA. Over three days, participants will learn the main theoretical concepts and tools necessary to process sequences, remove noise, generate ESVs and MOTUs, and perform taxonomic assignment. The program combines theoretical sessions with practical exercises in R and Bash to develop applied skills.
Aimed at: technical staff, students associated with the CEAB and research staff who want to get started in the world of bioinformatics analysis of samples using metabarcoding.
