On March 25 at 6:00 p.m., the documentary “Memories of a Sea”<\/em> will be screened. It explores the devastating consequences of the Aral Sea\u2019s desiccation for both the population and ecosystems.<\/p>\n

After the screening, there will be a discussion with its author, Laura Carrau, and the CEAB-CSIC researchers who led the scientific expedition that serves as the documentary\u2019s starting point, Rafael Marc\u00e9 and N\u00faria Catal\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

The event will also feature the presence of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan, the CSIC\u2019s Deputy Vice President for Internationalization, and the Director General of Casa Asia.<\/p>\n
