The CEAB-CSIC is the entity responsible for the data file generated with the personal data provided by users of the portal www.ceab.csic.es.<\/p>

In accordance with Organic Law 15\/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the CEAB-CSIC undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and the duty to process it with confidentiality. To this end, it will adopt the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, improper processing or unauthorised access.<\/p>

The collection and automated processing of personal data are aimed at managing, providing, expanding and improving the services requested at all times by users and the monitoring of queries submitted by users.<\/p>

The CEAB-CSIC maintains the personal data protection level stipulated by Royal Decree 1720\/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulations for the enactment of Organic Law 15\/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data provided by citizens to the CEAB-CSIC, albeit on the understanding that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.<\/p>

The CEAB-CSIC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to bring it into line with legislative and legal changes, or new interpretations of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
