I studied Environmental Sciences at the University of Barcelona and Statistical Modeling at the UAB in Spain. then I did a PhD in ecology at Ume\u00e5 University in Sweden, on the biophysical controls of carbon emissions in Arctic rivers. My research focuses on the processing of organic matter in river networks, and how a large part of this carbon is emitted to the atmosphere as greenhouse gases.
