{"id":9479,"date":"2021-11-19T08:22:43","date_gmt":"2021-11-19T07:22:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/do-you-want-to-study-plastic-pollution-in-the-vall-del-llemena\/"},"modified":"2021-11-19T08:22:43","modified_gmt":"2021-11-19T07:22:43","slug":"do-you-want-to-study-plastic-pollution-in-the-vall-del-llemena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/en\/do-you-want-to-study-plastic-pollution-in-the-vall-del-llemena\/","title":{"rendered":"Do you want to study plastic pollution in the Vall del Ll\u00e9mena?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/ateneuvalldellemena.wixsite.com\/ateneu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ateneu de la Vall de Ll\u00e9mena<\/strong><\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/projecte\/estrategies-per-a-la-reduccio-de-la-contaminacio-per-plastics-als-ecosistemes-de-muntanya\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Plasticopyr<\/strong><\/a> project organised a meeting on 27th and 28th november to discuss the issue of plastic pollution in Vall de Ll\u00e9mena.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will be given by scientists from the Centre for Advanced Studies in Blanes (CEAB-CSIC) and is open to all those interested.<\/p>\n<p>The first session will take place on 27 of november, with the conference-debate <strong>&#8220;Strategies for the reduction of plastic pollution in the natural environment&#8221;<\/strong>. It will take place from 17:00 to 18:30h. in Cartell\u00e0, and will be given by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/guasch-padro-helena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Helena Guasch<\/strong><\/a> Scientist of the Centre d&#8217;Estudis Avan\u00e7ats de Blanes de CSIC and member of the Ateneu de la Vall del Ll\u00e9mena.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the day, on 28 of november, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/cornejo-delfina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Delfina Cornejo<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/amoros-garcia-laura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Laura Amor\u00f3s<\/strong><\/a>, from the Centre for Advanced Studies of Blanes (CEAB-CSIC), participated in the preliminary and analysis phases of the Cient\u00edfics protocols and, afterwards, reflected on the results of the debates. The activity will take place from 10:00 to 14:00 at Casa de les Bigas.<\/p>\n<p>To take part in the workshop you need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear comfortable clothes, water boots and a notebook to write. The rest of the necessary material will be delivered on the day of the activity.<\/li>\n<li>It is important to read the tutorials and support materials before the activity.
