{"id":9265,"date":"2021-06-30T19:40:35","date_gmt":"2021-06-30T17:40:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/lequip-de-lurban-river-lab-sha-integrat-com-a-partner-del-clean-rivers-hub\/"},"modified":"2021-06-30T19:40:35","modified_gmt":"2021-06-30T17:40:35","slug":"lequip-de-lurban-river-lab-sha-integrat-com-a-partner-del-clean-rivers-hub","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/es\/lequip-de-lurban-river-lab-sha-integrat-com-a-partner-del-clean-rivers-hub\/","title":{"rendered":"El equipo del Urban River Lab se ha integrado com partner del Clean Rivers Hub"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La acci\u00f3n del hombre provoca en los r\u00edos una p\u00e9rdida importante de su biodiversidad; una disminuci\u00f3n de sus caudales debido a una extracci\u00f3n desproporcionada; un exceso de nutrientes provenientes de zonas agr\u00edcolas y urbanas; una sedimentaci\u00f3n consecuencia de la degradaci\u00f3n y deforestaci\u00f3n del suelo; y una contaminaci\u00f3n, sobre todo por pl\u00e1sticos. A todo esto se le deben sumar los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico. Aguas abajo, todos estos elementos tienen un impacto enorme sobre los mares y los oc\u00e9anos, afectando gravemente el ecosistema marino y la salud del planeta en general.<\/p>\n<p>Es en este contexto donde aparecen iniciativas encaminadas a paliar los efectos negativos que estos efectos provocan sobre los r\u00edos. Uno de estos proyectos es el<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urbanriverlab.com\/\">\u00a0Urban River Lab (URL)<\/a><\/strong>, un laboratorio experimental al aire libre dedicado al estudio de r\u00edos altamente modificados para desarrollar estrategias y t\u00e9cnicas innovadoras para su gesti\u00f3n. Forman parte del URL, de entre otros investigadores, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/eugenia-marti-roca\/\">Eug\u00e8nia Mart\u00ed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/esperanca-gacia-passola\/\">Esperan\u00e7a Gacia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/susanna-bernal-berenguer\/\">Susana Bernal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/miquel-ribot-bermejo\/\">Miquel Ribot<\/a>, Sara Castelar, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/xavier-triado-margarit\/\">Xavier Triad\u00f3<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/personal\/emilio-ortega-casamayor\/\">Emili O. Casamayor<\/a>, del <strong>Centre d\u2019Estudis Avan\u00e7ats de Blanes (CEAB-CSIC).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Urban River Lab<\/strong> acaba de a\u00f1adir al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleanrivershub.org\/about\">Clean Rivers Hub<\/a><\/strong>, una plataforma que engloba entidades, centros y otras partes interesadas en la conservaci\u00f3n, la prevenci\u00f3n, la limpieza y la restauraci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas de las v\u00edas fluviales, y que quiere ser referente en la creaci\u00f3n de conocimiento, metodolog\u00edas, procesos y herramientas para la restauraci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitats de agua dulce.<\/p>\n<p>En<strong> Clean Rivers Hub<\/strong>\u00a0 el <strong>URL<\/strong> y el resto de entidades asociadas compartir\u00e1n conocimiento y pondr\u00e1n en com\u00fan las soluciones que se deriven de la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica que desarrollan. Al mismo tiempo ser\u00e1 un portal que dar\u00e1 visibilidad a la tarea que se realiza en cada uno de estos centros de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Centre d\u2019Estudis Avan\u00e7ats de Blanes (CEAB-CSIC)<\/strong> celebra que el <strong>Urban River Lab<\/strong>, que cuenta con una aportaci\u00f3n importante de investigadores del centro, se una a esta iniciativa. Desea que los resultados que se obtengan puedan ser tangibles lo antes posible, para poder acelerar la restauraci\u00f3n a gran escala de estos ecosistemas y evitar as\u00ed degradaciones que podr\u00edan llegar a ser irreversibles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-51213\"
