Durante el a\u00f1o 2021 han aparecido 523 cient\u00edficos del CSIC de los cuales 6, son investigadores del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceab.csic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro de Estudios Avanzados de Blanes<\/a> (CEAB-CSIC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducci\u00f3n\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"es\">Considerada la m\u00e1s prestigiosa a escala internacional, la lista the <a href=\"https:\/\/elsevier.digitalcommonsdata.com\/datasets\/btchxktzyw\/3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World&#8217;s Top 2% Scientists 202<\/a>1 conocida como el ranking Standford, re\u00fane los nombres de los 186.000 investigadores m\u00e1s citados entre los m\u00e1s de 8 millones de cient\u00edficos considerados activos a nivel mundial, lo que supone ese 2% del total, divididos en 22 \u00e1reas cient\u00edficas y 176 subdisciplinas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducci\u00f3n\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"es\">El ranking ha sido creado por los expertos John Loannidis (Universidad de Stanford), Jeroen Baas (Elsevier BV), Kevin W. Boyack (SciTech Strategies) y Richard Klavans (SciTech Strategies). Para su elaboraci\u00f3n, han analizado datos de Scopus sobre el n\u00famero de art\u00edculos publicados, las veces que cada investigaci\u00f3n ha sido mencionada y el tiempo que los investigadores llevan en activo. La clasificaci\u00f3n se ha publicado en la revista Plos Biology. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducci\u00f3n\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"es\">A continuaci\u00f3n, se menciona su posici\u00f3n en cada una de las subdisciplinas y su posici\u00f3n el ranking general en el caso de los investigadores e investigadoras del CEAB-CSIC.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Enric Ballesteros,<\/strong> en la posici\u00f3n 43.541 del ranking general y el 322 de 42.163 de la subdisciplina Biolog\u00eda Marina e Hidrobiolog\u00eda;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enrique Macpherson,<\/strong>en la posici\u00f3n 46.248 del ranking general y el 343 de 42.163 de la subdisciplina Biolog\u00eda Marina e Hidrobiolog\u00eda;<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Manuel Maldonado, <\/strong><\/strong>en la posici\u00f3n 65.559 del ranking general y el 495 de 42.163 de Biolog\u00eda Marina e Hidrobiolog\u00eda;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Xavier Turon,<\/strong>en la posici\u00f3n 81.234 del ranking general y el 660 de 42.163 de Biolog\u00eda Marina e Hidrobiolog\u00eda;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maria Jes\u00fas Uriz,<\/strong>en la posici\u00f3n 88.036 del ranking general y la 715 de 42.163 de Biolog\u00eda Marina e Hidrobiolog\u00eda;<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Emilio O.
