Hello! My name is David, and I am a PhD student at CEAB-CSIC within the framework of the European project Pharm-ERA. My current research addresses river pollution by plastics and pathogens. Specifically, I investigate the interactions between these contaminants, for example, in relation to the issue of antibiotic resistance. Additionally, I explore the efficiency of nature-based solutions as complementary treatments to traditional wastewater treatment plants.
