Next December 2 at 9:00 a.m. the URL Conference: “Research to face the challenges of climate crisis and global change in river ecosystems” will take place at the Center for Advanced Studies in Blanes.
The event will include different presentations that will serve to publicize this outdoor laboratory that has been in operation since 2014, as well as some of the main research carried out in this facility, located within the Montornès waste water treatment plant. Throughout the session, we will have the presence of Mr. Samuel Reyes, director of the Catalan Water Agency, who will be in charge of closing it.
The day will also include the signing of the new agreement by all the organizations that are part of this project: CEAB-CSIC, Consorci Besòs Tordera, Universitat de Barcelona, Naturalea, Fundació RIVUS and Ajuntament de Montornès.
