The Ateneu de la Vall de Llémena and the Plasticopyr project organised a meeting on 27th and 28th november to discuss the issue of plastic pollution in Vall de Llémena.
The workshop will be given by scientists from the Centre for Advanced Studies in Blanes (CEAB-CSIC) and is open to all those interested.
The first session will take place on 27 of november, with the conference-debate “Strategies for the reduction of plastic pollution in the natural environment”. It will take place from 17:00 to 18:30h. in Cartellà, and will be given by Helena Guasch Scientist of the Centre d’Estudis Avançats de Blanes de CSIC and member of the Ateneu de la Vall del Llémena.
At the end of the day, on 28 of november, Delfina Cornejo and Laura Amorós, from the Centre for Advanced Studies of Blanes (CEAB-CSIC), participated in the preliminary and analysis phases of the Científics protocols and, afterwards, reflected on the results of the debates. The activity will take place from 10:00 to 14:00 at Casa de les Bigas.
To take part in the workshop you need:
- Wear comfortable clothes, water boots and a notebook to write. The rest of the necessary material will be delivered on the day of the activity.
