RESEARCH INTEGRITY

The European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity establishes reliability, honesty, respect and accountability as fundamental principles of good research integrity and practice. Most researchers aspire to translate it into responsible research practices, to achieve high-quality and reliable results.

In order to carry it out and apply the principles of the code of conduct, the CEAB Commission for Good Practices and Research Integrity has been created and its main objectives and functions will be:

  • Promote the integrity of research in the center’s policies
  • Promote training in good practices
  • Publicize documents on research integrity and good scientific practices (e.g. CSIC good practices manual)
  • Support and / or coordinate actions to promote good practices
