Master students

Do you wish to do your training or your Master project at the CEAB?

The CEAB has a large experience in hosting master projects from nearby universities (UB, UAB, UPC, UdG, UPF, University of Alacant…) as well as from more distant ones (i.e University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria)

How to gain access? Get in touch with the researcher of the project you are interested in and check his/her availability.

In the case of a Master officially cooperating with the CEAB (for example, the UB Ecology masters) you will find the listing of available projects on their program.
Several masters from different Catalan universities that had already cooperated with the CEAB are listed below. We have also included some new masters that may be of your interest when choosing the type of training and Master project to do at the CEAB.

University of Barcelona (UB): Biodiversity; Bioinformatics and biostatistics; Science and comprehensive water management; Statistics and operational research; Oceanography and management of the marine environment.
Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB): Interdisciplinary studies on environmental, economic and social sustainability.
University of Girona (UdG): Master in water science and technology.
Pompeu Fabra University (UPF): Master in Scientific, Medical and Environmental Communication.

Other European masters or masters from other Spanish universities with which we cooperate are available for your training or Master project within particular research lines at the CEAB.

Moreover, many CEAB researchers take part in some masters as teachers:

  • Master in Climate Change (Menéndez y Pelayo University)
  • Master in Ecology (University of Barcelona)
  • Master in Oceanography and management of the marine environment (University of Barcelona and Polytechnic University of Catalonia)
  • Master in Water Science and Technology (University of Girona)
  • Master in Wildlife Biology and Conservation (NCBS-India).

For these masters, you can get straightaway in touch with the researchers.
