Presentation of the LIFE RESQUE ALPYR project

The presentation of the LIFE RESQUE ALPYR project will take place next Saturday 28 May at 5 pm at the Valls d’Àneu Ecomuseum (Carrer del Camp 22, Esterri d’Àneu.

LIFE RESQUE ALPYR aims to recover mountain aquatic habitats by improving the conservation of various target habitats / species in four locations in the Natura 2000 network of the alpine biogeographical regions of the Pyrenees and the Alps. Target habitats include eleven aquatic or semi-aquatic habitats. The target habitats and most species have a naturally fragmented distribution, are found in small areas throughout the European alpine biogeographical area, and are affected by anthropogenic pressures.

The project will provide replicable and exportable conservation actions, raise awareness of project conservation issues with stakeholders and stakeholders, and promote the transfer of project knowledge to other high mountain areas and European conservation authorities.

We look forward to seeing you all!
